Has been specifically designed to cater for the dynamic lifestyles of women who live in Sydney. Your membership gives you unlimited access to  all our outdoor fitness training sessions with the flexibility to train at different times and different locations.

You get to train at as many outdoor training sessions as you wish which means you can always train consistently and make up any missed sessions when needed.

 

A HEALTHY DIET...

Means a healthy body so we provide you with nutritional advice from our consulting dietitian, Mia Ballenden APD, BSc. (N) Hon (Diet), so you improve your daily nutritional intake and truly experience more energy and zest for life!

 

YOUR TRAINING LOCATIONS...

In Sydney are all conveniently located close to home (or work) so you always have time to train hard, grab a coffee and be at your desk for the start of the business day (or home for dinner that evening).
