Patrick Timmins
Patrick is your personal training manager with Club Kapow. He will also be your first point of call for any health and fitness related questions you have outside of your weekly training sessions. He was one of Club Kapow's original personal trainers and believes passionately in the positive impact fitness training has on both your physical and mental well-being.
He has been training women for over 5 years and is registered as a master trainer both nationally and internationally with Fitness Australia & Federation Internationale Des Sports Aerobics et Fitness (FISAF).
Phillip Knackan
Phil runs morning outdoor fitness training sessions in Manly. He has been personal training for over 10 years and is recognized as one of the best personal trainers in Sydney. Phil specializes in results based outdoor fitness training and trains exclusively for Kapow. Phil is regarded by his clients as friendly and approachable and consistently get great feedback from our members.
He is registered as a master trainer both nationally and internationally with Fitness Australia & Federation Internationale Des Sports Aerobics et Fitness (FISAF).
Adam Shorter
Adam has a sports specific background and is currently studying medical science on the way to becoming a chiropractor. His sessions are challenging and greatly rewarding. He applies his in depth knowledge of human physiology to each of his sessions in particular focusing on posture and correct postural alignment. His Cross classes in St Leonard's are just beginning to get a loyal following amongst our members.

Meghan Hinchey
Meghan trains across St Ives and St Leonards running both your Boxing and our Sculpt & Core classes. She works closely with each of our clients individually to make sure they get the best possible workout at each different training session. She has her boxing qualifications through PUNCH and she knows how to throw a mean PUNCH herself.
