"I have been going to Club Kapow fitness classes down at Balmoral Beach for almost a year and it is difficult to describe the positive impact it has had on every aspect of my life, both physical and mental. I feel reasonably fit for the first time in years and that has flowed through into energy levels and self confidence. I generally do three classes a week, mainly at Balmoral, but as my schedule isn't always predictable I love the flexibility of being able to swap around to different times and locations. When it's dark and cold it's not always easy to drag yourself out of a warm bed, but sunrise at Balmoral is fantastic and I always come away from a session feeling my day is off to a great start."

"I have been going to the gym and running for over 20 years however my fitness level during this time has been good but static. Having recently moved to Sydney, I decided to joined Kapow outdoor fitness group to keep fit and take adantage of the sunny weather and the beautiful setting by the beach. Not only has my fitness levels increased for the first time in years, but attending the classes is fun and something I look forward to. Kapow always manages to get that extra ten percent out of you. Even when you think you are at the end of your reserves the encouragement and belief that you can go that little bit extra enables you to achieve more than you thought possible. You always walk away after a session with an unbelievable sense of achievement. Sure, you will find muscles you thought didn't exist. Sure, you will feel aches in places you didn't think possible, and yes, thanks to all the lunges and squats you will get strange looks when you tentatively try and sit down on the bus! Despite this, Kapow training will become addictive and strangely, despite the physical exertion you will begin to look forward with much excitement to each session."

"I've been training with Patrick for nearly 2 yrs now and love the sessions with Club Kapow. I really enjoy the flexibility as I sometime train at either Balmoral or Tunks Park in Cammeray depending on my schedule. It is hard to get out of bed some mornings though the great thing is how much better you feel when you do. The boxing classes are my favourite as well as the sculpt and core sessions. I feel like my overall fitness and energy levels have really improved. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to get fit and the outdoor training venues are great as I'm not a fan of the gym."
