1. Initial payments are processed by Paypal and monthly membership payments are deducted in advance and processed securely by Ezidebit.
2. If at the end of members first week of training if member is not satisfied, they may cancel their membership as long as notification is received by Kapow via email by 5pm Friday evening of that first week.
3. In the event of illness or injury, as verified by a signed doctors certificate, members may put their membership on hold and will be credited for the time members take to recover.
4. Members agree to honour the full term's and conditions of their membership.
5. Members wishing to cancel their membership before the full term is complete will be assessed on a case by case basis. Management reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to $200.00 plus a monthly retrospective charge at the membership rate which would have been applicable had member signed up for the period of time equal to that which they have spent with the club.
6. Once membership term expires, memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis until member provides notification that they wish to cancel their membership.
7. Notification of membership cancellation must be received in writing, either by mail or email at least ten (10) days in advance of cancellation taking effect.
Kapow is legally bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended. We are committed to respecting the privacy of individuals through ensuring the security of personal information about them.
Kapow will collect certain personal information from you in order to provide you with group training services. In order to fulfill our obligations under the Privacy Act, the necessary security measures have been put in place to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to or loss of personal information.
The Privacy Act is not intended to interfere with legal obligations to disclose information for law enforcement and regulatory purposes. Accordingly, we will cooperate with all law enforcement bodies in providing information when required. In each of the above situations, only information that is necessary for each situation would be disclosed.
