Manly offers one of the most beautiful areas to train outdoors in Sydney. From Shelley Beach around to Queenscliff the area offers the variety of terrain to keep the training sessions varied and challenging.

Shelley Beach has hills, bush tracks and the beach, which are great for Cross Training and Boxing. The long grassy areas in front of the beach are ideal for Body Sculpt and Boxing.
