      WOMEN'S FITNESS TRAINING BALMORAL BEACH

Your outdoor training sessions in Balmoral utilise the great variety of terrain available in the area. One session may involve intervals on the sand, another on the ovals or runs along the promenade.

This variety means that your training will always  be different, challenging and fun. It's a truly invigorating way to start the morning as you watch the sunrise through the heads and over the harbour whilst you improve your health and fitness.  

Balmoral Beach is also within easy reach of our Cammeray training location (5-10 minute drive in the morning) so you can train across both areas offering you greater flexibility. You can train six mornings a week, Monday to Saturday, across these 2 locations. Many of our current members train at both locations regularly utilisiing the different session options to fit in with their life/work schedules.

Cammeray offers training sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.
