WOMEN'S FITNESS TRAINING CAMMERAY

Your outdoor training sessions at Cammeray take place at Tunks Park which is a largely hidden expanse of parkland right on Middle Harbour. The large oval and grassed area provides a great place to train and there is plenty of parking for convienience.

Cammeray is also within easy reach of our Balmoral training location (5-10 minute drive in the morning) so you can train across both areas offering you greater flexibility. You can train six mornings a week, Monday to Saturday, across these 2 locations. Many of our current members train at both locations regularly utilisiing the different session options to fit in with their life/work schedules.

Balmoral Beach offers training sessions on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
